The coin celebrates navigation facilities, lighthouses. Ukraine is located on the intersection of trade routes of Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean basin with over 2,500 km of shoreline and has dozens of lighthouses, each with its own name, history, and shape. The lighthouses not only serve the shipping traffic, but are a part of Ukraine’s cultural heritage.
