On the obverse, the coin shows a stylized composition containing the element of the cockard of the Legion of Ukrainian Sich Sagittarius - a heraldic Galician lion, which rests on a stone block with the inscription of USS. 1914 (the year of the foundation of the Legion). On the mirror background there are: inscription Ukraine and facsimile signature of Vasyl Vyshivany (above); The year of coinage 2025, small State Emblem of Ukraine, denomination 2 with a graphic hryvnia sign, stylized pen is a symbol of his poetic and diplomatic activity, the logo of the banknote-mint of the National Bank of Ukraine and the inscription Wilhelm von Habsburg (below).
The reverse of the coin on the mirror background shows a stylized portrait of Vasyl embroidery in embroidery and casing - elements of clothing that became part of his personal identity. On the left is a decorative ornament with clover leaves, which was a mascot of military luck for the USS soldiers and decorated the cover of his poetic collection "The Days Pass ..." dedicated to fighters for the will of Ukraine. Above the composition, a semicircle of the inscription Vasyl Vyshivvan was indicated, and on the right - the years of his life in 1895-1948.
The commemorative coin is dedicated to Wilhelm Franks von Habsburg-Lottringen (1895–1948)-a representative of the European aristocracy who entered the history of Ukraine under the pseudonym Vasyl Vyshivan. The Austrian Ertzhertzog, a Legion Colonel of Ukrainian Sich Riflemen, poet, diplomat, statesman - he was a bright and extraordinary participant in Ukrainian liberation competitions of the early twentieth century. Occupying a prominent place on both the military front and in international diplomatic circles, Vasyl embroidered with all his activities affirmed the ideals of an independent, cathedral Ukraine. Due to his active participation, the Austro-Hungarian Empire became one of the first countries to officially recognize the Ukrainian People's Republic.
