The obverse of the "Our Anthem" coin features: on the background of a viburnum branch with red berries (pad printing is used) - the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine and musical lines on the background of rays; on the left, the inscriptions: 2022/UKRAINE/5 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia/НАШ/ГИМН and the logo of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

On the reverse of the "Our Anthem" coin, framed by rays, the Cossack Mamai is depicted under the trunk of an oak - the image of a free man, a defender, a warrior, a traveler, a skilled horseman - as a personification of the mentality of Ukrainians, as a symbol of the eternal defender of Ukraine, supplemented by modern realities - instead of a saber, the oak hangs modern weapons; the inscriptions are placed: the lines of the anthem - WE WILL GIVE OUR SOUL AND BODY FOR OUR FREEDOM/AND SHOW THAT WE, BROTHERS, ARE OF THE COSSACK KIND (in a semicircle above the Cossack) - words relevant for today; OUR MOTTO (to the right of the Cossack).
