On the coin obverse within the internal ring there are depicted circles dispersing on the water surface from a drop of water, at the upper ring part - the next drop. Along the external ring there are depicted: the small National Emblem of Ukraine (on the left), 2007, the coin mintage year (on the right), the inscriptions: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) (above), the coin face value: on the precious metal coin - 20 ГРИВЕНЬ (20 Hryvnia); on the nonprecious metal coin - 5 ГРИВЕНЬ (5 Hryvnia) (below) and the NBU Mint logotype.
