Obverse: above there is the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine), in the centre there is the Championships logo with the inscription 32nd WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS; below there are the coin issue year indication 2013 and the bow-shaped legend ДВІ ГРИВНІ (two hryvnias); to the right there is the mark of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Reverse: bears the image of a gymnast with ribbon and semicircular inscription ЧЕМПІОНАТ СВІТУ З ХУДОЖНЬОЇ ГІМНАСТИКИ (World Championships Rhythmic Gymnastics).

The coin is dedicated to the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, a sports gala to be held in Ukraine for the first time. 289 gymnasts from 59 countries are to come to Kyiv to participate in the competition. The rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most attractive and exquisite sports receiving recognition all over the world and having many admirers everywhere.
