On the obverse of the coin at the top of the semicircle there is an inscription of the administrative justice of Ukraine, which depicts the small State Emblem of Ukraine. The central place of the composition is occupied by a stylized image of a detailed book, which symbolizes knowledge, legality and code of administrative justice of Ukraine as a basic basis for the functioning of administrative justice. On the left in the laurel wreath there is an inscription 20 / years, which focuses on the anniversary date. Below is the inscription of Ukraine, the year of minting 2025, denominations 5 and graphic symbol of the hryvnia, as well as the logo of the banknote-mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
On the reverse of the coin on a mirror background there is an inscription the rule of law, which reflects the main principle of activity of public authorities in a democratic legal state. Below is a composition with a column - a symbol of stability, inviolability and law and order, which ends with the Teresa of Justice. The column of the column is depicted in the form of a stylized trident, into which the sword is integrated, symbolizing the power of law, truth and protection. In the circle of coin on a matte background there are inscriptions of justice and impartiality - fundamental principles of administrative justice. The inscriptions are separated by stylized decorative elements in the form of circles.
The commemorative coin is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the introduction of administrative justice in Ukraine-a key institute of judicial power, which provides independent judicial control over the activities of public power and effective protection of citizens' rights and freedoms. The adoption of July 06, 2005 of the Code of Administrative Judiciary of Ukraine was a turning point in the formation of democratic law and order of the state. This normative legal act initiated a separate branch of justice, designed to ensure justice in the field of public-legal relations. A commemorative coin is a symbol of gratitude to the judiciary, lawyers and all who have joined the formation and development of this important institution.
