The obverse of the coin features: at the top, a small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, to the left and right of which are the inscriptions in a semicircle - UKRAINE, the coin minting year is 2023; denomination of FIVE HRYVNA, in the center is a painting filled with folk color by Oleg Shupliak "Cradle", which embodies one of the most precious archetypes of Ukrainians - the parental house surrounded by hollyhocks and a towel, which is both a cradle and a nest, symbolizing the continuation of the family; below, on a mirror background, is the logo of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The reverse of the coin depicts Oleg Shupliak's painting "Connection": against the background of a stylized universe - a baby cosmonaut who is inextricably linked by the umbilical cord with his mother Ukraine (map of Ukraine at the top), on the left is a mirrored inscription BORN IN UKRAINE in a semicircle.

In the small hands of our children - our tomorrow, and in our hands - their present. This is exactly what Ukraine is fighting for now! For the freedom of children born in our country. Before the start of the full-scale invasion of Russian troops, more than seven million children lived in Ukraine. The occupiers deprived many of them of their happy childhood, their native home, and their dearest people. Each of them now has one dream - our Victory! We all have a common belief that mother Ukraine will be reborn from the ruins, and new happy generations born in free, independent Ukraine will grow!
