Coin Granting the status of a candidate country for EU membership 5 UAH, market price 22.02.2026

On the obverse of the coin, on a mirror background, there is a stylized image of the European continent, to the left of which is a decorative element in the form of a mosaic decor, symbolizing the diversity of peoples, cultures, the freedom to choose one's own destiny, the absence of formal borders; the contours of Ukraine are highlighted on the European continent, which, like a puzzle, complements the integrity of Europe and "returns" home, where it has always been indirectly present, starting with the dynastic ties of the Kyiv state; on the right: the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the inscription UKRAINE (in a semicircle); the denomination is 5 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia; the year of coin minting is 2022 and the inscription - RETURN HOME (at the bottom); logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (under the map of Ukraine).
