Coin Mykhailo Drahomanov 2 UAH, market price 16.03.2026

On the coin obverse at its centre within the frame of a conventionalized vegetable ornamental pattern there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine and a four-line inscription: УКРАЇНА, 2001, 2, ГРИВНІ (Ukraine/ 2001 /2 hryvnia) and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine

On the coin reverse within the circle there is a depiction of Mykhailo Drahomanov who sits leaning on a table with a book in his hand. Around the coin circumference there is an inscription: МИХАЙЛО ДРАГОМАНОВ 1841 - 1895 (Mykhailo Drahomanov)

The coin is dedicated to 160th anniversary since the birth of Mykhailo Drahomanov (18.09.1841 - 20.06.1895), an outstanding Ukrainian politician, historian scientist, literary critic and ethnographer, who was born in Hadyach, Poltava region.
