The obverse of the coin depicts a small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine (top); in the frame of the Old Russian ornament, the inscriptions are placed in the center: UKRAINE / 10 / HRYVEN (half circle); on the background of the ornament, the minting year of the coin is 2026 (below) and the logo of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (right).
On the reverse of the coin, a stylized map of Ukraine with clearly defined administrative boundaries is depicted on a mirror background. On the map, on a matte background that contrasts with the rest of the image, Mykolaiv Oblast is highlighted as a component of the unified state space. At the top of the circle is the inscription MYKOLAIVSKA OBLAST, at the bottom – the slogan of the series WE ARE STRONG. WE ARE TOGETHER.
The roll of circulating commemorative coins is dedicated to the integral part of Ukraine, defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Mykolaiv region. This coin continues the issue of circulating commemorative coins dedicated to the administrative and territorial units of Ukraine, which in the conditions of armed aggression confirm the importance of the unity and cohesion of the nation in the struggle for freedom and independence. On the souvenir paper in which each video is packed, there are inscriptions: BANKNOTO-MONETNY DVIR NBU, CIRCULATION MEMORIAL COIN, WE ARE STRONG. WE ARE TOGETHER. MYKOLAIVSKA OBLAST, 25 PIECES, denomination 250 and a graphic sign of the hryvnia; logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine. Above is a stylized image of the first frigate built in Mykolaiv, which started the history of shipbuilding in the region; anchors below.
