The coin depicts a small State Emblem of Ukraine (above); In the framing of the ancient Russian ornament in the center there are inscriptions: Ukraine / 10 / UAH (semicircle); Against the backdrop of the ornament, the year of coinage is indicated-2024 (bottom) and the logo of the banknote and mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (right).

On the reverse of the coin in a circle there are inscriptions: the State Special Service of Transport and the slogan of military personnel of the State Supreme Service - the indomitable spirit will restore Ukraine!. The center of the composition has embossed the emblem of the State Supreme Service. The central element of the emblem is a trident, under which the winged wheel of Mercury is placed, which was previously used as the emblem of the Ministry of Roads of the Ukrainian People's Republic. It symbolizes the heredity of national traditions and the specifics of the activities of the State Support Service. The background schematically depicts a bridge that symbolizes the transport infrastructure of Ukraine and the main activity of the State Support Service - the construction and restoration of objects of critical and transport infrastructure.

The roll of commemorative coins "State Special Service of transport" is dedicated to the state special service of transport (hereinafter – Gosspettranssluzhba) – a military formation that ensures the stability of the country's transport system in peacetime and in a special period. The state special transport service, which is part of the system of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine, has been courageously holding the transport front since the first days of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. The task of the state special transport service servicemen is not only the smooth operation of transport in the rear, but also the clearing of de – occupied territories, the construction of fortifications, the protection of critical infrastructure and its restoration.
